Seven month ban for two footed tackles

Alex Ferguson has said he thinks a two game ban is maybe to lenient for two footed tackles.

How about the offender gets a ban for the amount of time it takes the offended player to recover. Last year Dave Kitson was out for seven months due to a two footed challenge. I’m sure a seven month ban would eradicate it from the game.

Or they could pay the players wages while there out but that would probably stop tackles altogether.

Well im not suprised, It was a harsh and silly tackle and He should be band for ever not 7 months.
