The only time I've read about people stamping on someone's head is in a drunken or vicious attack. The only reason to do such a horrible thing would be to course disfigurement, pain, brain damage or even death.

If this had been caught on camera in a public place other than a football pitch, Balotelli would have been arrested.

When Balotelli was interviewed after the match I expected to hear an apology, but nothing, he wasn’t even asked about it. Shocking.

No video evidence shows any actual contact. A football player rolling around on the ground is not evidence. There was no evidence of marking on the skin or broken skin. So talking about the Police is ridiculous. Kids in a playground get up to worse than that all the time! We're turning in to a nancy-state full of nancies.
