Joe Cole, now a free agent since Chelsea let him go is in talks with a number of clubs. Currently Arsenal and Tottenham are reported to be the likely choice of the ex Chelsea and West Ham star.

Wenger is said to be putting in an offer of around £80,000 a week, not sure what he was on at Chelsea and Harry Redknapp has previous with Cole from their West Ham days.

On current form Arsenal are a team that needs a boost, while Tottenham are on the up and maybe a more familiar environment.

Who do you think will get their man?

I think Spurs will get him because of Harry and the other English players. The only way I can see Cole going to Arsenal is if he thinks his style of play will fit better.

I'm a bit suprised at wenger's £80,000 bid for a free agent, Sol Campbell was on £100,000 or more when he joined on a free. If he wants to get his man he should put up more than that for Joe Cole.
