Join us for our Football Trial Camp!

The camp takes place from 22 - 27 August 2010 in Ascot and will teach participants key skills in football to take your game to the next level and identify what it takes to be a professional. We will provide accommodation, all your meals, training and the trial experience.

The camp will include:
• A trial opportunity in front of Scouts.
• Speed and Agility training
• Technique Sessions – learn about how the professionals handle the ball.
• Nutrition Advice
• Strength and Conditioning – specific to football and including stretches and
rehabilitation to keep you going through the season.
• Pro development drills and stations

The week of coaching will provide you with the preparation to make the most of your trial experience and your football playing career.
