Is Mark Hughes The right man to take us forward?

The new season is about to start with a lot of optimism, but is Sparky capable enough to take us forward? Here is an interesting article I read. Points out doubts in Mark, much as I love him if we really are aiming to go to the top, I really feel we need someone with more quality and experience.

I think he should be given a chance, at least two more seasons.
It's going to take time to get a good enough squad to get into the top four. It may happen this season but if not I'm sure it will next.
City still have a problem attracting top quality players, it is getting easier with each new signing but they still lack a leader to gel the team, hence John Terry.
