  1. Send a bio to every club in the English Six divisions ( incl. Blue Square, ) .Scottish Clubs , Irish Clubs, Welsh Clubs and anyone else that plays the game This is ASSUMING you are a good player and not just someone who has a "dream", (we all have that)
Send a bio to the head scout, every team has one, find out his NAME with a phone call to the club. then send the bio stating experience, position played, times for 50 yard dash etc, etc. Pictures, video etc very helpful as well. Then follow up with phone call after phone call after phone call till you get a trial.

as for wages, whenever we ask our coaches what we will get paid if we get offered a cotract for the first team they just tell us to make sure we get there first but as they train more then 12 hours a week and play a match 1-2 times a week (which takes almost all day) they must be earning enough to get by as there wont be much time for another job.

As for training it is usually done a few times a week.
we are in the blue sq north our players are on £120 the top players £200 train once a week

With regards to wages, totally depends on the level of club your going to be playing for and the aspirations of the club. Many lower league teams dont even bother with contracts and sign players on non-contract terms wages will tend to be minimal and travel expenses are usually covered. Contact players, ive worked with a few at conference south level that were getting paid £2000 a week, but to be fair they were playing way below what they should of been at the time.

    hope it helps,
