The Arsenal kids League Cup team will be making way for a few first team players for the second leg at Tottenham today.

It’s been 9 years and 21 games since spurs last won the North London derby, but after a lucky equalizer from Theo Walcott in the first leg, Tottenham are now favourites to win the home tie and with injuries to the gunner’s squad, Arsene Wenger will be adding some first team regulars for Carling Cup clash.

Well it is Wenger’s policy to play the kids in the Carling Cup and to play weak sides for the FA Cup citing the Premier League and Champions League as the main priorities.
I think it’s great to give the kids a go at the Carling Cup but I’m gutted at the FA Cup exit to Man U. We should play a full strength side but that would mean buying some top class squad players, maybe next year.
