Bristol City info George William Bignell
byI have received the following email requesting information on George William Bignell who played for Bristol City in the 1900's. If anyone has any info please let us know. I am writing in regard to my grandfather, George William Bignell who played with Bristol City in the early 1900's. He was born in 1891. I also was told he played a FA Cup game, played once for England against Ireland and played some time with Bristol Rovers but I am not really sure. My grandfather emigrated to Australia in 1920 and his son Bob Bignell, who is my father, went on
